This hutch cabinet top is a relic from another era when families stored china and other beautiful glassware in their dining rooms. I drove by this for two days before I enlisted the help of my neighbor and husband to bring it home. I couldn't keep it out of my mind. I knew I could transform it into something fabulous. A few coats of primer then a transformation with Restoration Bronze and Perfect White paint by Melange.

Addition of leaf-patterned wallpaper to the back of the open shelves to add depth and character.
